The Mill itself is 300 years old and was originally constructed as a flour mill. This Grade B listed building has been sympathetically converted to create a luxurious state of the art holiday home whilst managing to retain much of the buildings original charm and character.

On arrival, you will be stunned by the elegance of the property, and on crossing the threshold you will immediately start unwinding when you feel the warmth of the underfloor heating on your feet. You can then relax by listening to the multi audio room system whilst sampling a cappuccino from the built in coffee machine, or if you are tired and weary from your journey you can choose to either soak in the Jacuzzi or indulge in the built in steam room with a glass of champagne to celebrate the start of your holiday. Pitlochry is famous for its festival theatre, hydro electric damn with salmon ladder and of course the queens view. Further a field you will find some more famous attractions including the pass of Kilicrankie, Blair Castle and The house of Bruar. Edradour Distillery (the smallest in Scotland) lies to the south of Pitlochry, and dominating the skyline, Ben Y Vrackie (just short of a Munro) forms a magnificent back drop to Moulin. Despite the Mill’s rural location, Moulin is readily accessible from the A9 and is only 1 mile from the centre of Pitlochry, where you will find your local supermarket, shops, restaurants, entertainment, bike hire and swimming pool with gym and spa.
